This is a modern luxury caravan for holiday rent. It is 6 berth and is and fully fitted. It is situated on Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, New Milton which is located near the cliff top which affords a stunning and uninterrupted panoramic views across the Solent. The holiday park is situated on the south coast between New Milton and Highcliffe, not far from Bournemouth and Boscombe, on the Dorset and Hampshire border.The coastal headland is within a short walk. Beach access is 5 minutes walk from the Shop or a minutes drive to the Barton coastal car parks.
The van is situated in a quiet part of Hoburne Naish on CHEWTON SOUND.

Our 6 berth holiday caravan features a larger than normal space, is situated in a premier position in the Park. It is double glazed and central heated making it suitable for all year round occupancy, with patio doors opening onto a secure enclosed front decking area, patio furniture outside secure storage. It comes fully equipped allowing the occupant to undertake some serious cooking. If not, there are lots of dining options on and off the site. There is a selection of games, books and DVDs for all ages.
ACCOMMODATION
The lounge is comfortably furnished, complete with flat screen 32" TV and DVD player. In addition, there is a sofa bed that opens out into a standard 4’6” double bed. The patio doors lead out to the sun deck with a secure gate and which comes complete with a table, chairs, loungers and secure storage.
There are two bedrooms, the first is a double with king size bed and an en-suite toilet. There is a TV and there is extensive storage including a walk-in wardobe. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The shower room consists of a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
USB charging points are provided in each room. Free high speed WiFi is in the van. There is a wide selection of books, games and DVDs for all ages.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob with double oven, fridge and freezer and separate microwave. It has an electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and plenty of equipment and cooking utensils to make you feel at home! A good range of quality cutlery and crockery is provided. There is also a dining table and four comfortable chairs.
There is lots of storage in every room, so no tripping over cases! There is also secure storage outside.
All rooms are centrally heated. There is also a separate electric fire in the lounge for your added comfort. Electricity costs are included in the price.
A personal security safe is insitu.
Duvets and pillows are supplied for each of the beds. Bed linen can be provided at extra cost. Towels and tea cloths are not supplied.
GENERAL INFORMATION
A £50 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. There is also a £50 (£100 with pets) security deposit which will be refunded to you after inspection and key return, if the caravan is left in a clean and in a tidy condition.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN OR ON THE DECKING AREA.
Duvets covers and pillow cases can be provided at an extra cost of £45.00. Towels, tea cloths and other linen is not supplied.
Electricity is Included in our rental price.
Naish Club membership passes can only be purchased separately through us at £66 for up to 8 people per week. Naish may change this rate from time to time.
Important: We normally take bookings on a weekly basis, although shorter breaks and parts of a week may also be considered. Please ring Paul or Sue on: 01425 628004 for further information.
Arrival and departure times for your holiday are:- 1.15 pm for arrivals and no later than 9.15 am for departures. We will advise you if you can arrive earlier or leave later.
We take no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal belongings and effects.
Please note that we live nearby. If we are unable to help you over the phone we would be more than happy to come out to the holiday park to assist you.
DOG OWNERS
We welcome well-behaved and quiet adult dogs (two maximum). They are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Please bring your dog's bed and clean bedding, bowls and poo bags. Please clean up after your dog in the area outside the caravan and anywhere on the site. Dog poo bins are provided all around the site. Please note that dogs must be on the lead at all times on this site. This is a park rule.

GETTING OUT AND ABOUT
Should you wish to venture off the park, there is a bus stop outside the site. A bus will get you to many places including Highcliffe and New Milton town centres which are within 5 minutes drive or less.
Hoburne Naish is 20 minutes from Paultons Park (Peppa Pig World) and 30 minutes from Bournemouth centre, which also has a Sea Life Centre and lots of shopping.
It is situated within easy reach of the stunning New Forest where there are many more activities to enjoy and take part in, such as walking, wildlife observation and photography, cycling, horse riding and so much more.
